Reiki Practice
Reiki is a healing therapy developed in Japan 1926. Reiki practice helps to find balance and inner peace through lifelong physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. It can address countless cases vary between having physical, emotional or spiritual issues. It helps to unblock the flow of energy in physical bodies thus restoring balance and well-being.
Sometimes due to emotional or physical trauma, the energy paths in our bodies get blocked. Every trapped emotional energy is significant and each one has an impact in a way or another, they create challenges, problems and pains of all sorts, both physical and emotional. The blockages can be addressed by a healer’s energy focused on opening the blockage.
Reiki practitioner/ Healer uses both hands to channel the flow of energy, this can be made with hands on or a distant energy healing. Receivers of healing sessions usually experience different feelings and sensations. It can be either a vibration or tingling sensation, a feeling of a traveling heat, or flush of coolness that seems to flow through their body to a specific area. At minimum sessions provide intense relief to receivers.
